​Marketing Intern – Social Media (Unpaid)

Referendum is a civic tech platform focused on making legislation and civic engagement more accessible and understandable. We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to support our social media presence and help share clear, engaging information with our community.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with managing Referendum’s social media accounts, including content planning and posting

• Create educational and engaging content about legislation, voting, and civic engagement

• Monitor engagement and help identify what content performs best

 

What You’ll Gain

• Exposure to how civic technology communicates with the public

 

Commitment

• 5–10 hours per week

• Fully remote

 

Who This Is For

• Self-starters comfortable working independently
